About the Company

A Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO) which harnesses the power of decentralised community funding in order to provide the average investor the power and opportunities of a large VC fund. By focusing on physical asset investments we allow our community to access revenue streams such as rental yield, dividends, and profits paid out to them monthly as passive income!

People, projects, businesses, investors, community members, and absolutely anyone can submit a business plan/proposal which undergoes initial vetting and is then presented to the DAO for voting.

InvestaDAO is revolutionary in that it combines a Trading Tax, NFTs, DAO and Soul-bound tokens into one project and gives them all real utility and impact.

There is no CEO or hierarchical leadership within InvestaDAO. The community makes decisions through voting on almost all aspects of the project. The team have responsibilities, but these are to assist the DAO rather than direct it.
