About the Company

Menabrea Labs Inc. was co-founded in August, 2022 as a Delaware public benefit corporation by Nyk Cowham (CEO) and Neritan Siqeca (CFO). The stated public benefit in Article II of our Certificate of Incorporation is as follows:

"to empower disenfranchised communities against entrenched interests by providing equal access to decentralized, inclusive and accountable technology."
