Silvia Mogas is an award-winning marketer and a trailblazer in the Web3 space, celebrated for her innovative strategies and impactful leadership. As the CEO and Founder of BMBWeb3 Ventures and Blockchain Marketing Boutique, she has been named Marketing Leader of the Year 2024, recognized as a Top Voice in Web3 and Marketing Strategy, and honoured among the Top 100 Women of the Future.

Before entering the world of Web3 in 2019, Silvia honed her expertise in the traditional corporate sphere, serving as Head of Marketing for Hilton Hotels. There, she led impactful campaigns that elevated brand recognition and customer loyalty. Transitioning her skills to the blockchain space, Silvia has since held pivotal roles, including CMO for Envoy DeFi and Head of Marketing for Fayre Labs, while driving marketing success for two TGEs and NFT collections for RCD Espanyol and IPA.

A dynamic and sought-after international speaker, Silvia has shared her insights at over 80 global conferences, including the Mobile World Congress, South Summit, AWE Europe, Taipei Blockchain Week, and TBEX Europe. Beyond the stage, she lectures at EAE Business School and hosts the weekly “Hype” program on Pulso Media, part of the Rug Radio Creators Network.

Under her leadership, Blockchain Marketing Boutique has partnered with over 50 major events, such as Token2049, Paris Blockchain Week, and Merge.

Silvia is also a published author, co-writing Dubai Business Leaders and Top 100 Women of the Future, and contributing to key whitepapers on blockchain and AI with the Strategic Research Center.

Based in Dubai, Silvia holds an Executive MBA, a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing, a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and a Tourism Degree specialising in Marketing.

In 2023, her passion for technology and security led her to study cybersecurity at INESDI Business School, where she gained expertise in navigating the evolving digital landscape.
